Lyte Sky Lantern Festival is coming to the Salt Lake City, UT area Saturday, September 14th, 2024. The exact venue location will be announced to ticket holders at a later date.
At Lyte Sky Lantern Festival we only use eco-friendly 100% biodegradable sky lanterns.
All of our eco-friendly 100% biodegradable lanterns are made with rice paper, bamboo rings, natural fiber string, and a wax cake fuel cell.
In addition to using eco-friendly 100% biodegradable sky lanterns at our events, we also track the travel of our sky lanterns and deploy a cleanup team to collect them once they land.
Lyte Sky Lantern Festival is committed to providing a safe event for everyone. If the weather conditions are not ideal for a safe release we will reschedule the event. Just like with hot-air balloon festival if the weather is not perfect the launch cannot happen.

Yes, you will not be able to see the event without tickets.
General Admission tickets include admission and a lantern. Kids tickets are admission only.
NO! Every child 12 and under must have a pass.
